I was wondering what it meant when it just said "hp" at 1/10 hp for some of the mags in the master mag gallery.

I think it means it cast's resta. not sure though

It means that when your HP is in 1/10 of your maximum the abiliety activates just like that and if your mag IQ and schyncro are good.

If it's the thing with some of the ver 3 special mags, then it will cast a weak version of Resta on you that restores you health just enough to where your HP isn't in the yellow anymore. It's not that useful, but I usually restore my HP before the mag kicks in, so it doesn't bother me.

Syncro and IQ actually play a pretty big role in PB. The more IQ you have the more powerful and longer lasting the PB is and the more Syncro you have the faster you PB gauge recharges.

Both IQ and Synchro affect the power of PB.

Basically yeah, especially the ones that do damage i.e estella, farla. But the PB thats casts shifta and deband last longer if the IQ is high.
