i dont understand what it means when it says like how to make it
can any one help

You have to fully grind a weapon of the cane series (club, mace, stick or cane). Equip that weapon and choose use your magic stone "moola". You have to be a force with at least 650 mst to be able to do this. Good luck.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong...

You also have to be a certain level depending on which of the cane series you decide to use.

ie: Level 130 for a Club +10

Thx for correcting, forgot to include that indeed. Here are the lvl req.

Cane +55 + LV100.
Stick +40 + LV110
Mace +25 + LV120.
Club +10 + LV130.
