I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but my friend and I both got Musashis from the dragon on Hard with a beat time of 408. We got them both on our first run too...

Will someone confirm this or try it?

That's just how you get the Musashi. From the Dragon. Has nothing to do with beat time, atleast I don't believe in that theory.
