What do "Photon Spheres" do?

By completing a few tasks in the West Tower Quest, Photon Spheres can be used in the Gallon's Shop Quest to raise the enemy %s on a weapon (excluding S Ranks) by 30%.

When you start the quest, find Hopkins on Pioneer 2. He's in the same place he's in when you go to see him in Gallon's Shop. His dad will ask you to go fetch some data from a computer. This computer is in the Seabed portion of the quest. It's somewhere near the beginning...you can probably find a map to guide you here on this site.

Once you finish up, take the data back and you're done.

Learn to look up things yourself in the guides section. Thats the reason its there. It also frees up the board from similiar posts.
