How do I use Photon boosters, and photon spheres??? Need 2 know..

No clue about the booster. But for sphere first you get the DATA from East Tower. Then you do West Tower and get its DATA. Then do the quest Gallons Shop and talk to Paganni and he will increase a weapons percents 30 I think if you give him a photon sphere and a weapon that has 5 or more percent to a certain attribute. This will only work on 1 attribute at a time. Online only.
