***New FOs would be just like a different FOnewm Fomarl etc.

** In case you don't know, Cyborgs from previous Phantasy star games are half human and half droid. However cyborgs can use tecs http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif unlike the android types. Maybe if they did make a cyborg they would only use certain low lvl tecs and be restricted against resta, because they could have HP growth like androids, but not be imune to posins.

How about a new FOcast? Not a cyborg, just an android.
I'll go ahead and give some possible abilities:
-Able to use Zonde-style techniques, however no TP, just a charge that regenerates as you go. As if it is generating the electricity required for this attack. The amount of electricity you can store would, of course, go up as your level increases. Also the power of these techniques would have to be more powerful than other Forces Zonde techniques to make up for the lack of other Elements of Techniques.
-Able to use Foie, but this wouldn't charge the same way as the electricity, instead you would have to restore fuel like you already have to do with traps. Go ahead and crank up the power on this one too, to even out the lack of ice.
-The FOcast would have the highest ATP, ATA, DFP, and EVA of all the Forces, however it shouldn't have those those stats rivaling Hunters or Rangers.

Now this fellow still seems disadvantaged compared to every other class, so let it also equip some Hunter exclusive weapons, maybe Partisans and some of the special weapons, along with the sadly underpowered Force armament.

I dunno, a FOcast would be fun. Can you imagine how -FRUITY- he'd look?

...I'm so glad they redesigned the FOmar between whenever that picture was done and when they put him in the game. Although that does look more like robes and less like a dress, unlike the design they used... XD

Yeah, I like that concept pic of a HUmarl. I could tolerate looking at that. HUnnys... Just drive me insane. Nice stats, but I hate looking at them. X_X;

Bleh.. the cyborg concept itself is fine I guess.. but I wouln't vote for it just 'cause it's connected to PSIII too much, which happens to be the only PS game I detest.
Also, don't say cyborgs were from previous Phantasy Stars. Don't use plural, for as far as I know, the only appeared in PSIII.

umm not that anyone cares but, Rico wasn't a HUmarl or anything for that matter, Characters like Flowen and Rico are classless, or to be more exact, they were in their own classes.
in my opinion i think Rico and Flowen are a type of Omi-Class being able to do everything there is to do.

They should make cyborgs i think. Or make special androids that instead of using traps use elemental charges or special attack charges. Wouldnt you just love to see an android open up only to unleash their very own version of hell in one big blast? They should bring back PSIV version of Megid and the android upgrades for sure

whoa... 47 votes... i do think it would be rediculus seeing a RAnewm around, but there should be atleast 1 Newman in the Ranger class. each clas has 3 types Newman, man, &Android... well except for FOs they don't have droids, Ranger class is missing newmans like FOrces r missing droids... but hunters have it all... there needs 2 some sort if balance well between Hunters and rangers... then the Force class would be smaller so you probably got 2 add another Fonewm that looks different (Personally i don't like thier look so i hav a fomar http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif)

I saw the design of the first HUnewm, it wasn't what i wanted. the second design of the HUnewm i liked alot. the pelican guy scared me so i couldn't hate it or like it. but if the did choose the first HUnewm instead of the second, then i would have to make him a midget all the way. if they made a pelican instead i would have to hang myself with the X Box cord >_>

Nah, no Ranger Newmans... just like no Force Android. I remember on the Fan Works forum a few people were trying to explain why there might not be any RAnewms or RAnewearls.

You know... I'd really enjoy using the pelican character a lot. It just seems like it would be a lot of fun. But considering, it wouldn't really fit in as well as the other characters.

I truly think the idea of a FOcast would be interesting. The only reason it would be a FO would be to excuse the use of techniques. Even though it would be a cyborg, I think the cast abreviation would still be useful. His MST would only be something like 1000 and perhaps he could only use techs up to 25, and he would also be limited in traps, but I think a large number of people would like the idea

Well if u think about it if they have a cyborg they have 2 have 1 or 2 per class. If they make a HUmarl they would have 2 add a nither character 2 the other classes to make them even... SO, say if they added a HUnewm,they have to add something like a RAnewm or RAnewearl and another FO type possibly a cyborg. The classes would have 2 be even so if the are going 2 make new characters im positive it would be more than one.

NOTE: I don't know if they're going 2 add new characters on newer games. I'm speaking Hypothetically. Thou it they did there would be more veritiy.

I think there should be an "all of the above" option. I think you would need to have a little bit of everything to balance it out, you know make sure that all the classes have an equal number of selections. But with the way I'm thinking, it might have to expand all of the class selections to like 6-8 different selections for each class... ha ha ha. Cyborgs would be cool... being all half mech half human and all that. I voted for the HUmarl though... I just think it would have been a good idea, and the concept sketchs were pretty dang good. I would have to say though... I think there would be a lot of "Red Ring Rico" that float around though if they made that a class... although I'd rather like to see some PS references... like say someone making an "Alys" and using only slicers...

If HUmarl looked similar to HUnewearl, i'd wouldn't mind the slight TP decrease. I think that RAnewearl is a better idea because I play RAcaseal just because I don't like the military look of RAmarl.

but the only problem is that a Ramegrid would be 2 good, it would destroy everything in the blast radius.

If they were to make gi and ra megid, it could be something like this:
Basic: Like using a dim/hell weapon, it could only hit enemies that are just before you.
Gi/Normal: The current megid. Medium range projectile.
Ra/Heavy: A dome or cloud of darkness sould spread a short distance around you with a chance of killing any enemy within the radius.

This way, it wouldn't be too cheap, and it would vary enough to be interesting.
