Kit of Saturn HELP!!

Ok, my brother got a mag cell, (KIT OF SATURN) and he has been rackin' his brain tryin' to figure out what the heck is wrong!

The requierments are that you have a lv90 mag and a lv 90 character.... Both of which he has (he has a Lv 90 F0mar and a Lv 90 Ila, raised by me!) After he got both of those he slapped on the mag and tried to use the KIT OF SATURN on it...

Then he tried to feed it the KIT OF SATURN,still nothing, all the while I'm tryin' me hardest ot to laugh! (seeing my brother mad is hilarious! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif )

So what did we do wrong? Please help!!!

i think you have to have a character 90+ levels.

i think i got it. it said in some guide that quote "mark, three or more master systems or sega genesis."

Yeah it has to be a level 90 system mag, Mark III genesis, ect.) and your character level must be at least 90. Then you can use the cell and make the DC mag.
