You can get it offline, it's just a regular enemy drop item. Here's all the things that drop it and for what ID,

I wouldn't advise looking for this unless you're YELLOWBOZE.

GREENNILL and PURPLENUM get it from Sinow Zele, who is without a doubt the most greedy enemy in the game. Combine that with the fact that there is only 2 Zele total throughout the entire offline Seabed (regardless of variation), and you got a near-impossible drop. To this day, Sinow Zele is the only enemy I've never seen drop a rare.

The YELLOWBOZE Morfos drop is a little more reasonable. There is at least 3x more Morfos, and I've actually seen Morfos drop an occasional rare.

And the SKYLY one is an online drop only.

A bit off topic here, but where the heck does all the ammo for the yasminkovs come from?!? i mean, i have shot the things for, say, 20 minutes, and i didn't once ehar it click out of ammo, wierd.

I believe Photon weapons don't have ammunition, they just fire off rounds of pure Photon.

Perhaps it's an endless supply, on Ragol and Pioneer 2?

But aren't the yasminkovs not photon powered. That is why they have no special attack. It says it somewhere, i forget. They have proper amunition. And what about the empty bullet casing that fly out of the gun barrel every time you shoot huh? Ah well, another mystery

That's true, but the Yazminkov's are old skool guns, not photon ones.

I think it's one of the RA class special abilities, light speed reload.

Well, in one of the guides it says that a Skyly can get a Yasminkov 7000V from a Del-D in Ult. Ruins...
