Now, I remember why. Btw, I think you're referring to the SLOW TRAP for Andriods. It can only be used in Battle Mode.

Don't make duplicate threads, it's alot easier and much more logical to keep it to a single thread.

The icon for the trap is there, but that doesn't mean you can use it in non-battle mode games. I've never heard of anyone using it anyway.
