put it all together and you get:
HEATHCLIFF!!!!coincidence?
who's weapons are they supposed to be? rico's??

These were prototype weapons made by Heathcliff Flowen and put out in V2. Really they were there as decently obtainable rare weapons that would actually do some damage in V2 Ult.

Methinks Flowen created these weapons some time during Pioneer 1's seven-year voyage, and gave them to Rico as a gift. 'Tis only speculation, though.
