Olga Flow DNA

Ive been looking in this site for awhile and cant find a guide to tell me how to get Olga Flow DNA, so im trying the forums. Anyone know?

I think this is it (I can't remember) apparently only Oran can find it from killing Flow in Ultimate, I geuss its like the Seald-J Sword, nobody knows...
(err sorry if this info is wrong I really cant remember)
