GC-Item: Psycho Wand- Online only?

Supposedly, you can get a Psycho Wand offline. But it's rumored that they are online only because a guy went through over 300 Mil Lilies offline and didn't find one. Typically, this would be no surprise, but since Mils are rare mutations they should have higher rare item drop rates. While online, it shouldn't take more than 5 mils, and that's if you're having a very bad day. 300:5... I'm thinking they are online only. So, do you think they're just that rare or are they solely online?

I have no idea where you got that 5 Mil Lilies should give it to you online. Rare enemies are no more generous online than they are offline.

And of course it can be found offline, several members here can confirm that.

Of course it can be found offline but just because its a very very very rare item and even though Mil Lilly's have a higher drop rate still doesnt mean you will find it even after 300 Mil lilly's.

It's easy to find online. Just go into any game marked "TRAED OMG WTF".
