Is it good? I just got my ramarl to ult., and I've gone through 6 of them today. Just want to know if its worth it when you have a frozen shooter.

lol 39 ouch! I got 2 from the 2 pal rappies that I've ever seen adn I didn't even want it. I swear Sonic teams won't let you have an item you want until you don't want it like with my caduceus and morning glory it is very strange really
