I just started my third charcter.( A Racast),

But, I have a question... Whats up with the trap that looks like this: << >>. Is that like a slo-mo trap. And how do you get it???

I have no clue what it is but i would say it is a Slomo trap.

When you go into customize and it is grouped with the other traps... I see it right here... It looks like a slow-mo condition 2 me... Why am I putting theses little dots... ???

Someone asked this recently... It's a slow trap; it can only be used in certain battle mode rules.

Ya i got a hu-cast and it is indeed slow trap which can only be used in battle mode.
I get all my victims with it.
