I just found a Heaven Punisher from a Sinow Spigell!

I mean what luck is that

stats = 0/0/0/0 and 30% hit

Anyone else found one using a Skyly on Ult from a Sinow Spigell?

I don't see the big deal about it!

I tried using the special attack and all it is, is a heavy attack. Is it supposed to be like that?

Half the time it is like that. It is .beat timed. Makes for annoying housekeeping ^_^

Let's see now... a Bleep from my computer marks the time my mag is hungry
A Bloop alerts me to when heaven's punisher works, and finally two Bloops in rapid succession marks when the punisher no longer works... doh.

IM gunna go Heaven Punisher hunting for mine today off of a Mericarol, i no ill probally end up doing like 20 runs may b even more but atleast ill gain some levels, Anyways Congrats on ur find, have fun with its special.

The special rocks! Is the beat time means it works at 000-099, 200-299,400-499,600-699 and 800-899?
