I have an s-rank shot with hell but it always misses on ult I maxed out my ata. Is there a way to make it so it does not miss as much.

Erm, is there? You are on Ult so that explains it. Personally i would have got Zalure for its special, but thats only me.

i agree. zalure works really good. according to pso world info, the tech level on zalure and jellen are approximately lv40. that's pretty freaking good. hell is like the worst thing u can get. i put it on my twin but it never hits. u can change them thought if u like.
