DC: downloading quests from this site

i am having trouble download quests from this site on my dreamcast whenever i click on them it brings me to an error page can anybod help me please

if version2, you need hunter license to download from download quest screen below select ship screen.

if version1, some pla (http://www.psoquest2.com/pso1-downloads.shtml)ces (http://www.psox.it/pso/download.htm) have for download.
