My RAmarl should be able to use it, but I get CANNOT EQUIP. Am I missing something, or is the above info incorrect?

Hmmm...that seems weird. I have noticed a lot of mis information like that. Well that v3 pic shows a Humar using it, but that was v3. Maybe only the hunters can use that. Well, try it on the other Ra female if u can, and seee if it works.
