PC: where does one obtain pso for the pc?

anyone know where i can obtain a copy of pso for the pc or info on it since ive heard rumors about it recently was kinda hoping to find something on it

You can find PSO for pc at:

http://shop.himeya.com

it was never released in the US and there is no plans to do so, didn't even do very well overseas.
