Uhm, look at the dates...

When he said, "Psycho Wand (Purplenum) 37 Mils killed and nothing..." it was July 6th.

Now, look at his thread where he stated he found the Psycho Wand, it was on July 12th, 6 days after. He also stated on the 3rd page it was from his 43rd Mil Lily.

Basically, in those 6 days, he could have found 6 more Mil Lily, and a Psycho Wand.
