PSO World is Sloooooooww even on a Cable Modem

Hello, it's KOIL Long time no see. That's because I can't use this site comfortably. The download time on forums is WAY too long and posting is next to impossible. For me to communicate as often as I would like too, I would have to spend every other day, ALL day, just doing this. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I really like this site, but i can't spend this kind of time! My Stats:

MAC G3 300mhz RAM 128m
IE 5 AND Netscape 4.76 (both are slow)
Cable Modem

I'm confused too. I have a PII 233, 96 RAM, IE 5.5, Netscape 6, and DSL but PSO World's Forums take forever to load! I have to click a million times to get something to load! I can't post either. Fix the forums. Maybe their doing this so we will donate money...
