not played ep. 2 much on hard yet but me and my mate played jungle, mountain, seaside and the boss in one go today and we didnt find a single special weapon, photon drop etc.

is that just bad luck or is it normal not to find special weapons as much in 2? seing as i was finding shed loads in 1 player on ep. 1

Finding a rare is a completely random event. One run you could find 12, then maybe you won't find any for a week. I actually find rares are more common on Episode II.

Yeah, that can be quite annoying. Yesterday in Ep I, I found around 7. Today I found only a DB's Saber & I played for 8 hours.
