Pyscho wand

For the psycho wand it says this for its special:

Special = Casts technique, TP costs decreases by 50% but consumes HP.

How do you choose what technique it casts??? im askin because i dont have a pscho wand and was intrigued to how you get the wand to cast different techniques, does anyone know? Could you tell me please!

I think it randomly casts Foie, Barta, and Zonde.

It apparently DOES randomly cast techniques, but if you use a non-psycho wand technique, the TP cost is reduced by 1/2, but 1/2 of the TP cost is taken from your HP. Dont die!

The Psycho Wand takes the full cost of the spell from your HP. The Dark Bridge is the one that only takes half.

it casts a random low level spell and u cant control it u nOOb p-wand sucks anyway incase u havent figured it out yet.... its all about Sorcerer's cane and Twinkle Star or Summit Moon... no wonder ur askin this question.... nOObs just hate em

i dont like the twinkle star or summit moon because after awile their usefullness runs out after awile, I mean there attack power REALLY sucks, and you'd have to be crazy to go into a battle swinging those things. With a P-wand you can us its special and do a reasonable amount of damage. And once you get your high lvl techs the twinkle star or summit moon are pretty much worthless. I mean with my FOnewearl those things barely boost my overall tp. And to mention I save a WHOLE lot of money using a P-wand since i dont have to by as many fluids.

It means you get a Barta Foie and Zonde power boost of 30%

Ummm thats close but actually you get a 30% increase to all RA techs not foie,barta,zonde. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif and overall it is the ultimate force wand. Because a FOnewman with the PWand deals out a uber amount of damage.

p-wand is pretty cool (dont have one yet)
but i used to have one on DC, and they did save you a lot of money, especially for those really high lvl forces.
but that sucks now that it takes away from your hp also, but i guess its still worth it
