I have some too. As far as I know all it does is restore HP a little bit. I think it was more or less something you could get and give to your freinds to be nice. Try using it offline and soft resetting to see how much the HP refill is. I don't think it's much.

You were able to buy it from Gallon's around the white day quest time. It DID do something, if you had a member of the oppisite sex in the game with you. You had to give it to some girl, do a timing game to get it cooked right, and then it had some good effect on your partner when used.
