not true...you cannot add percents to S-Ranks (for some reason). i have tried many times on many S-Ranks, but i was never able to add percents to them.

East Tower quest done right allows you to add a special to your S-Rank. West Tower is the one for %s to weapons, which indeed does not work on S-Ranks.

ummm...that says attributes, not percentages. When it says attributes it means special attacks.
