Help with PlaySega

sorry for my english (i learn it from FF7),
and sorry for this request in my first topic.

Month ago, i have create an account with PlaySega (using my PC) for play online on PSO, i have entered access code and serial number of my copy of pso.

Yesterday, i buyed a 56k modem and i connected GameCube to Buy Hunter License Page.

When i entered my serial number and access key, it say me that are already in use. But i don't rember my old account information of month ago.

What i can do for this problem?
It seem's playsega don't have a contact assistance or a forgot login information page.

a possible reasons for this:
game is second hand and serial and access have been used

a number for phoning sega is in the PSO booklet

the game is new.

It say me that access key are already in use why month ago i have create an account on playsega.com with that informations. On booklet i don't see a call number http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
