BBA PSO Help!! [Archive]

PLease help me!! i have Pacbell DSL and its PPPoE. NOT DHCP!! I really need help....it starts to connect then it says "cant retrive IP from DHCP server".....PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi there,

Same thing happened to me with my AT&T Road Runner. It kept happening for a few days and then finally when on the edge of desperation I kept trying to log on, and low and behold it worked!

Moral?
Try to log on a few times. It should take about 2 tries on average, or up to 5 or 6 tries at most. If it still doesn't work, I don't know what the problem is =)
