Can any one tell me how to make windmill work?

When you attack with it it will acutally cause the windmill to move. When it moves fast enough, you can use its special to launch the head as a projectile, toward your enemies

Yeah, it's a real cool weapon, but it's not very effective at all.

do a three hit combo and then another three hit combo but on the third hit use the special and the blade flies off. you just need to get it up to speed first by attacking.
