It's very toned down, in fact it works totally differently now. In DC if a weapon had 60%, that was max unless you hacked it, then you would hit with your atp, plus 60% of your total atp. So if you had 1000 atp, you'd hit with 1600atp. Now it just increases the weapons atp. So if your weapon gives you 100 atp, and you have say 100%, your only adding that onto your atp. For example, lets say you have 1000 atp, and your weapon boost is 100, and it has 100%. When you attack you hit with 1200 instead of 1100 atp.

so my 90% native demons vulcan will only boost my atp by 18 pts ( 90% of 20 = 18 ) woah that bad then.

Yep, sorry. Percents, except hit, are pretty much useless on things like Vulcans and the like. If a weapon's damage comes from your base ATP, and only contributes a small amount to the total ATP, percents are a waste. Hit, however, which gives additional ATA in a flat amount, rocks in comparison. Can you imagine if your Vulcans gave you 90 extra ATA? Whew...

Good percents own face on some of the stronger hunter weapons. Just imagine a Tsumi with 100% on dark...
