Hmmmm Olga Flow question

Alright I read that Olga Flow has a question mark on each section id for its drop. Everyone says that Olga Flow and Dark Falz don't have a drop. So my question is if Olga doesn't have a drop rate or even a drop, why does it have a question mark for the section ids?

It's just a rumor that they drop nothing. Don't always believe rumors that you hear.

The rare drop table, in the game itself, does have an item listed for Falz and Olga on Ultimate. I have a feeling that you have to do something special with them in order to even bring about a chance of them dropping the item.

It's possible, since it has a set drop. But, I wouldn't go beating it up, expecting something.

Im pretty sure that the falz drop is actually the Red Ring which hasn't been released yet (I think this is the drop). But the Olga Flow drop is the Gene Flow which is why it has the ?.
