ISa there a way of creating a RAti mag without sending the mind stat up to 25????

People seem to all have the idea you need 25 across the board to make a mag...I wonder why? That's like, the worst way! 20 wasted points pumped into DFP.

Just feed your MAG antidotes....Then at level 50 Sol Atomizers or Dimate. Thats easy!
