RARE DISKS?

I was just wonderin whats considered a rare disc. Like, would a lvl 12 Grants be considered rare or a lvl 15 Barta. just wonderin.

I think all Megit and Grants are rare.. I've found a Grant Lv. 8 five days ago.. but never found any Grant or Megit again.. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif..

I bought one Disk with Level 15!!! So I think, they are not this rare as it looks..
