How do you display Chinese on Winamp 2.91?

Hi, I recently bought a couple of Japanese and Chinese music albums and I use Winamp 2.91 to play my CDs. I prefer 2.91 to the 3.0 version because it is more simpler and faster to use. However, the names are like ?????? and stuff. I did install the support for East Asian Languages for Windows XP and I can view Chinese and Japanese on websites but not on programs like Winamp. Does anyone know a plugin or something which will fix this? Cheers.

It's not a matter of whether you have support for the language or not, but rather an issue of whether the program supports double byte characters which would be needed in order to display East Asian characters.
