i think the guldmilla or heavens punisher not to sure though. Though some say that the guldmilla does the most damage out of all weapons,combo wise that is.

Powerful Handgun:
Ruby Bullet (ATP+350, ATA+60, DFP+10)
Yasminkov 2000H +10 (ATP+340, ATA+45)

The Yasminkov just barely edges out by 10 ATP at maximum grind, but the Ruby Bullet can do it in by sweeping it with ATA and a nice Defense boost. IMHO, I'd use the Ruby Bullet.

Powerful Rifle:
Yasminkov 3000R +60 (ATP+400, ATA+66)
Yasminkov 7000V +25 (ATP+450, ATA+67)

Another trade-off. At maximum grind, the 3000R wins, and there really can't be any debate over the ATA. But if you want to look flashy, and actually want an auto-target mechnism, get the 7000V

Powerful Mechgun:
Guld Milla +9 (ATP+200, ATA+30)

Hands down. Can't be beat. If you thought the Yasminkov 9000M was über, Guld Milla does twice the damage. Let's not forget it can be grinded, and it has the fantastic HP-stealing special.

Powerful Shot:
Baranz Launcher +30 (ATP+240, ATA+40)

It shoots out 4 projectiles instead of the standard 5, but you'll probably forget it since this thing deals out a Charge special. Just keep selling the equipment you find on the field, and you'll never run low on money to use with this weapon.

Powerful Photon Launcher:
NUG2000 +32 (ATP+660, ATA+30)

If you EVER find one of these, you'll probably replace the Yasminkov 7000V. Very FREAKIN' powerful and it pierces through enemies in a line. Should have no problems with this one.

Powerful Cannon:
Panzerfaust +9 (ATP+500, ATA+42)

If you just like tearing down one enemy at a time, and want to combo with them (hint to those who want add their opinions about more powerful items), this one's the choice.

the punisher is great for leveling up to ultimate but once u hit 80 it lessens the damage to half so it barely does anything... it also doesnt hit every enemy, it just hits the ones in front, which can easily be every enemy with a simple movement but still....

its not that useful on ultimate, unfortunately.... that's at a low level ultimate character i dont know how good it is at like level 200 with max stats. not there yet http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

At lv 200 with max ata and atp, Best stuff would be

Spread needle (fastest multi hit combo) groups
Yamicov 9000M (rifle range) single enemy rooms

Reasons:
At lv 200 diff in power on a weopon of 100atp and 10ata mean nothing when u have base atp of 1400 and base ata of 200 plus. U go for the fastest firing and best ranged weopons.

P.S never tried a GM cos dont take dupes so cannot conferm its range
