I just found a Red Handgun doing a lvling up run with my ranger in ult forest! Gotta love those el rappys!
It got no percents though! I have found 3 RED HANDGUNs so far.. one I have already ground to max. But I don't carry it with me anymore, because my BRINGER'S RIFLE +9 is better http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

And as for it being stronger than the FS.. I still carry my FS EVERYWHERE I go. You will too (if you aren't now) as soon as you get in the Ruins.. Belras.. eek.

Its max is 40 grind when you grind that baby it is nice and powerfull.
