FOmar standing a chance?

well I was rumaging through my old mem-cards and found my FOmar! He is lvl 14 or 15 at Normal Caves, now my RAmar just beat Ra Da Loe, now, do you think I could do it with my FOmar easier or harder? I read the strats and all. Also what level would sound good? My RAmar was at 16 (when he beat him).

Hey gifoie slow and doesnt look cool until its lv 20 + or get a mind mag trained up or find loads of mind materials OR (this is the last or) level up 6 lvs

You'll probably easily beat him at lv.18 - 20. Just make sure you know at least Resta lv.3. You'll probably need to heal a lot. Also, try to get a high-ATP weapon. Saber+3 is good. One more thing- I found another way to damage him when he's not "resting" on the raft you're standing on, is when the lights are off, and he's about to use a beam like thing, hit him in the head with foie (assuming you don't have rafoie), but make sure you get out of the way before he launches the beam, or you'll take major damage. A good level to beat De Rol Le? With a Force? Level... 9... actually, that was pretty tough to do it then, I suggest 12-14. That's when it should be fairly easy.
