UGHHH!! Stupid Sol Atomizer!!

Ughh, I am getting really annoyed and frustrated! The stupid shop lady wont sale me any sol atomizers, which i need to raise a rati mag. I've been piping for an hour and still no sol atomizer!!Why wont they show up?? Do you have to be a certain level to get them?(the charater i'm using is only lvl 5 because i jus needed his section id)Or do they show up at certain beat times. Please help! Because i dont want to have to use mates to raise the mags power because that takes forever.

I believe you may be too low of a level. And what mag are you feeding to get the Rati?

Dimates worked well for me with the Mag I had..

You'll get it at a higher level... When I was around lv. 15 the first Sol Atomizers showed up....

Anyway- Dupe 10 Sol Atomizers repeatedly, and drop them around Pioneer 2. You can have like 100 and Mag Raise all day w/o buying.
