Dark Flow might be cool since it gives you the biggest ATP bonus in the game. Maybe you can get that?

Your fine.

My now level 140 Humar uses pretty much the same weapon set up, Red Sword and Demolition Comet. Your not really going to get any better then that besides what you want to go for.

Don't worry about it, and play the game.

I'm saying it's bad on normal! I'm at lv. 41! Maybe you can beat it though, since your at such a high level. The Sinows, however, are very, very powerful. They can cast Gibarta (it can freeze you, http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_rant.gif ), they can disappear, and they deliver a large amount of damage!!!! That's only Sinow Zoa though, I havent gotten far enough to see Sinow Zeke (it's probably worse!)

Jul 30, 2003, 08:52 PM
yeah, i could beat it on normal http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif i mean ultimate, im not even gonna try till at least lvl 130... maybe ill try VH

Yeah... Good luck. Let me warn you though, I'm not sure if you've ever played ep. II, but watch out for Mericarol and Gibbles. Then, when you get to seabed, watch any reflection in a room you can find - it's the only way you can track Sinow Zoa when it's invisible. Anyway, try it tonight and post your results tomorrow night. I've got to do a fr***in' report for school. See ya later! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

It's been rumored that you can pipe for it offline, but I don't think that is true.

Meriacol variants are found in Online quests.

And on a side note.

Too Many Mil Lily sigs @_@ I feel like I'm in an Addicting Food run, over here.

The Red Sword is one of my favorite hunter weapons. You shouldn't really have to worry much about getting stronger stuff than that, I used it with my HUmar for a good 60 levels, until I got my Tsumi. I wouldn't even bother with the Dark Flow, it isn't very good. Sure, it has the highest ATP bonus in the game, but what good is that if it can't combo?

Sorry this took so long (damn school http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_rant.gif ), actually, Mericarol is not a rare enemy. I believe it is randomly thrown in to a level one time (if it was a rare it gave really sucky items http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif ), the mericarol is basically a huge-mutant-flower-thing! A good strategy is to hit it from range since they can't (atleast I don't think they can http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif ). Watch out for its poison attack as well.

I forgot to tell you about the Gi Gue. Not sure if you've seen it yet, but it's a giant Gee, and it's pretty tough to beat (at least to me lol).

update: I finished CCA on VH last night (Gal Gryphon is easy as hell) and I went to seabed upper levels... the graphics were really good like CCA, but i envisioned it as being more of an actual seabed and not as a lab building thingie... I found a recovery barrier and made a resta merge, and i also found a flowen's shield. the enemies werent too tough except for those annoying doldolms and dolmdarls. i didnt go to lower levels tho cuz it was getting late

Oh you didn't think Sinow Zoa was tough? Did you fight the Deldepths yet? They're pretty tough as well. I'll bet Seabed lower will be much harder, but if you could take care of the enemies in upper easily then you probably will be able to finish the lower level as well. BTW, have you seen a Sinow Zeke yet?

Delbiter are pretty easy. I've got a trick for them. When you see one, try to get to higher ground, Delbiter won't be able to get up there, and from that point, I just use Mechguns to kill them. Hope that makes them even easier for ya. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

thx, man. I was getting tired of the earlier ones (chaos bringers, since I'm not near ultimate), I realized earlier that they can confuse you sometimes (learned it the hard way http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif ), hey, have you beaten ult. ep.I? Just wondering.

Normal enemy - Mericarol.

Rare versions - Mericus & Merikle.

Never tried piping for the rare versions offline, as they're all over the place in the online Tower quests. Look there if you can get online.

If not, theoretically it should be possible to pipe them, I have heard rumours of people seeing them offline before the Tower quests came out, but haven't confirmed myself so couldn't say for sure.
