Oh ya, i always pick up weapons with 100% hit. Just yesterday i got 3 real agito's and 1 NUG-2000 with 100993% hit, i thought it was an okay find... haha. sorry my friend, but that's a definate hack & dupe. A little from column a, a little from column b!

Actually it's just a duped lavis cannon, that had it's %'s boosted up with duped photon spheres in the gallions shop quest.

Actually you can't use that quest to boost the hit percent, only the other four.

::cracks up::
Any hit percentage over 55% is next to impossible to get. 100% means cat-having-a-hairball hacked.

Ok..let me get this straight...I have been playing offline for a year and I'm finally getting online. I have some understanding of what a dupe is but I'm not exactly sure...can anyone help m,e out on this? I think my friend dupes so I just want to be safe.

Read the forum rules: DON'T BUMP OLD THREADS!

And to answer your question: a dupe is a duplicate, meaning it was not found/bought in the regular fashion, but copied from another. There is no way to tell if something is a dupe. However, if you have someone drop you something extremely rare that you probabably wouldn't even trade out if you had found one yourself, you can bet it's a dupe.
Another thing goes for hacks, like the weapon in this thread. It has 100% hit, which is (as yet) impossible. And many ppl have a tendency of duping those messed up hacks...

Especially on a really rare weapon like the Lavis Cannon. You can count on a Lavis Cannon being duped and/or hacked if someone trades you one.

I found a Sceptor with 90% Machine and two other percents at 25%, once. It made a nice Magical Piece!

I find Lavis Cannons with 100% to three areas all the time.

I dunno, I'd say if you would like a Lavis Cannon that is legit then you should probably go out hunting for one. I remember a friend of mine found one off of a Sinow(sp?) Red, I don't think it had any % but she was finally happy that she found it.

It just takes dedication to actually finding it really, but I dunno, I'd say if you really want one and don't mind dupes then you should be able to keep it. You traded for it, right?
