Are the EU servers under maintenance now?

If so, how long is it likely to take? I got my 30 days free started and I don't really want to waste half of them waiting...

Because it wouldn't let me. It just comes up with a message saying 'The network is under maintenance, then goes back to the main menu...

Anyway, it stopped saying that now, but it's now saying my Network options are incorrect...

It was under maintenance 2 days ago. It's all working now.

Whenever the server is under maintenance, Sega gives you an extra day to your HL but I'm not sure whether this is just for us EU users. I have had 2 free days added to my free month so far.

However, if you can't connect because it's to do with your own network problems, you will just be wasting your HL and it isn't Sega's problem.

How is your network set up?

To the previous reply, you can't connect to the US/JP servers directly because if you live in the EU, you have to make sure their servers are working first. I think that's how it goes anyway but I would welcome anyone to correct me if I'm mistaken.
