PSO Ep. III dilemma (HL related)

As it looks now, I'm on the PAL version of PSO Ep. 1&2. I would like to import the JP version of Ep. 3 when it comes out.

However, if i do import the JP version, is there any way I will be able to use my existing EU HL on Ep. III? I would like to continue playing EP 1&2 too... Argh, help me!

You can't use the same HL, but what you could do is just buy a Japanese copy of PSO 1+2. it's dirt cheap on ebay, £10-£20. Then you could use them both on the same HL.

I don't know if your characters would work on the JP version though. Watch this space, I'm buying the JP version myself.

Then again, you could transfer your stuff to somebody online, and recobox on the JP version til you were the same level. I don't think anyone would frown on that, if you were just saving yourself some cash.

Also remember that japanese Episode 1&2 is in japan server only. To play with people around the world is needed the v1.1 version that isn't easy to find.

The newer JP versions of Ep1&2 should be v1.1. They wouldn't still be making v1.0 if it was so easily hacked.

lol. It's funny to see someone have the same dilema as me.

I have US EpI&II but I previously imported the JP 1.0 disk (before the problems started.)

Basically, try getting JP 1.1. http://www.japanvideogames.com has them for $70.

I am going to try exchanging my 1.0...wish me luck.
