Well you are lucky the perfect resist is better than what I got from a hildetorr. He dropped me a hell club and I'm a Humar.

im a Humar too, i just killed De Rol Le on V.hard and he dropped dum de dum a mahu, that will be given to my force

Mahu, my friend, is not an item you want your force to be using. I don't know if you are familiar with card weapons, but they can hit 5 times, but not on one enemy. The first two shots in a combo go straight, and the third is three cards at once, where the middle card goes straight and the other two go of at a 30 degree angle to either side of it. They don't target.

The range is of a mechgun (longer than short range, not long enough for a Fo to be safe). The power is weak, it's got low ATA, and it's hard to get anything with the special...

I remeber the good old days when Rare enemies were good to me and used to give me good stuff. On Thursday night I decided to pipe for Mil Lillies on Ultimate Caves in the quest Addicting Food, I piped for about 40 mins before I saw my first ever Mill Lilly, he dropped meseta, I piped a few more times, found 2 more Mil Lillies on the same pipe trip and they also dropped me crap stuff. I tried piping again this morning for more Mill Lillies, lost interest after about 2 hours. Oh well at least I know these guys exist now, I just have to get them to show up more often and drop decent stuff.

yeah, i think the encounter rate must have been put up a bit, i had well over 800 hours on the dc and id seen like an al rappy and a lily, lol
