Ok I was playing the Forest and a Barble dropped me a RED SABER woot(im pinkal), then I decided to do East Tower with my Bluefull and the Del lily wa ever so kind to drop HITOGATA for me, I fucking flipped out when I saw this cause I never saw one before(even in trades).

I think they are quite rare for some people.

Hitogata is very rare.
