anywho, I found it in V.Hard forest with my Viridia humar, during Soul of Blacksmith, and so I looked up on what it can turn into.

My pinkal FOmarl can use it when it gets changed but... I'm a bit confused... when I looked it up, and saw it "Boosts power of Foie", I was wondering...

What % does it boost Foie by? This site doesn't say it.
