What does the special attack do? I can't even get it to break open a box. And does it have any other special properties, like boosting mid-level techs or anything? The Item Database really doesn't say much about it at all.

Thanks! Seems kind of useless for a Force, though. Unless it's like L30. Thank you for the info, though.

Boosts Hard Techs (not Grants and Megid, RA-tech only) 20%.
