XBox: Pink Hearts surrounding characters??

I was at my friends house and he and his brother were playing with 2 of their characters in a multi-player offline on xbox and whenever their 2 characters got near each other little pink hearts surrounded both characters. kinda like if you see someone with a flame garment, except it only happened when they were near each other and on both of them. i they are both over level 80, one is a hunter and one is a ranger, both in skyly class id. they both have regular armor for level 75 characters.
but they wouldnt tell me what the pink hearts were and what they meant - can anyone tell me? thanks!

It's a female-only armor which increases def inversely proportionate to the distance to a male. Forgot the name...

That's weird, since that both of their characters are male and neither of them have special armor...?

Oh yes, it could be a hack....

I may not be an item guru, but I don't remember any Shonen-ai armors ^_^

maybe they had those god/equip things on. I heard they let any character use any item. Maybe they did have love hearts on O_o

Okay, I found out that the guy ranger is wearing a parasite armor but i dont know which one.
doesn't the parasite armor slowly drop your hp?

MAGICAL PIECE is what is giving it off

I looked at the screen capture for the Magical Piece, and that's exactly what the pink hearts look like. Only problem is that neither of the 2 characters have this weapon, and they don't have the special female-only armor (since they are both male).

Hm... gay hearts? Lol, I don't think that could happen.... But possibly, there could be SOME weapon causing this???

I took some screen pictures of they 2 Male characters (a Hunter and a Ranger) that get pink hearts around both of them when they are near each other. I also included pictures of their equiped items. Any other ideas?

Big ol hackers. Those hearts probably increase their attack when they are near each other that why they probably have them. That or they are *cough*insest*cough*

were the two rings inscribed?? thats the only explation I can think of, because I heard a rumor online that when 2 inscribed rings of the same color get close something happens...something not known to many.
