GC: tips with the ??? weps that are not rare

It's not really a rare....And it won't always get yellow text. It can only go up one stage and if its not the second to last it can't become the last.

The yellow text is so miss-leading, it makes you think the weapon is actually good.

You find one with the right %'s and a good ability it is good. Like a hell Diska with 40% hit

some ?? weps can be turned to yellow text, others cant

If it ends up with 9 stars, it becomes yellow texted. Essentially, you have to have the highest level weapon and highest level element.

This isn't rare, and you can't change it to a RARE weapon like a *snickers* Slicer of Assassin.

I got a yellow text weapon today. It was a Chaos Vulcan,*sigh* I want a King Vulcan!!!!!!
