Help my jinxed mag.........

i think my mag might be jinxed its now:
level 200
20 odd to defense
60 odd to strenght
20 odd to dex
101 exactly to mind.

my question is why hasnt it evolved into an opaopa its got 100 mind which is what you have to do isnt it?
