if not you have to find both handgun:guld and handgun:milla and combine them.

Only Whitill can find Guld and Milla

Yeah...Only Ranger classes can.

Do u hav to be a certain lvl in order to put the two guns together and if so wut lvl?

Yeah, Only LV100+ Rangers with 190 ATA can combine them.

You don't find them. You need to get the Olga Flow DNA and then use them on a Max grinded sword type weaopn, shot type weapon (I think), or a RoD type weapon...

Greenil gets Guld not Milla. Milla's Whitill only.

If you go around the site it will tell you that nobody but an Oran player in Japan has been verified to find it. Anyway, it doesn't specify in what difficulty or class to find the Olga Flow DNA
