Does the Hevean's Punisher speacil attack damage base off MS

I was wondering the punishers, black rain attack, is based off mst, or if the dmg is calculated some how by the beat time, im unsure of which the dmg factos off of, i do not have one yet to test, ive only seen it teaming up, if anyone can help i would appreciate it. thank you

he was asking about the damage of the HP's special not when it is available to use. I am not sure, but i think the special has a set amount of damage for every monster.

The special is light magic based, so the ELT of the enemies come into play as to how much damage can be done to them, much like Pilla. I've also heard that the level of the character using it might have an influence on its power as well.

On that article it said the special attack has the power of a heavy attack. . .so that means the stronger your heavy attack the stronger the punishment from above? I dn. . .but it sure is fun to make up names for the special! Divine sky attack. . .
